In 2016 we told the story of the great tree and the maze but now we move back in time to an era long before the Elixir.

Mother, the great tree is the central guardian of this realm, she is as tall as a mountain and is the source of all nature.
The Maze that protects the valley of the Great Tree is like a vast jungle, with sheltering branches and thorny vines that make it impossible to cut through.
The winding walls of the Maze rise so high that very little sunlight reaches the ground within. One cannot rely on the sense of sight to navigate through. In order to travel through the Maze, one needs to be pure of heart, and has to let their sense of smell and hearing guide them through it.
The Seed of Life is the guiding philosophy of the people of the Great Tree. A holistic theory of nature and science, of oneness and balance.
It is often represented as a flower comprised of eight circles with six central petals, representing values central to the Silvyran way of life.
